With over 20 years' experience in cosmetic surgery, Shawnie brings extensive knowledge as a patient advocate in both surgical and non-surgical procedures. With training in both the administrative and operational sectors of the practice, Shawnie is able to assist Dr. Dickie with patient consultations. Her personalized, compassionate care for each patient, along with her thorough knowledge in cosmetic surgery, explains why both she and her husband, Dr. Dickie are able to ensure that their practice functions in the manner of warmth and expertise expected at the Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery.
Diane Martin – Patient Care Co-ordinator
Having previously worked in a plastic surgery practice, Diane has attained a thorough knowledge of the nature of cosmetic surgery. With her pleasant British accent, Diane will assist patients in their entire pre- and post-operative surgical experience as well as help with any patient inquiries regarding their surgical procedure. For those patients who want to travel to see Dr. Dickie, Diane will organize travel plans, book hotels and provide a limousine service to ensure that our out-of-town patients' experience is positive. Diane's heart for patients, along with her thoroughness in ensuring patient satisfaction, helps Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery to maintain the caring reputation they uphold today.
Beth Walpole – Administrative Assistant & Accounting
As one of the practice assistants, Beth will be one of the first people who will greet you with her energetic, happy personality. Her beautiful smile comes as no surprise, as Beth comes to Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery from one of Barrie's most prominent dental facilities. In addition to answering patient phone inquiries, booking patient surgeries and ensuring that each patient has a thorough understanding of the pre-surgical process, Beth is responsible for the accounting sector of our practice.
